Creating a Website - Amenities

Amenities help your community stand out and give potential Residents more information about each area.

Site setup will display a master list of common community and individual apartment amenities. Each amenity is displayed as a label with an associated icon.

Creating an amenity on this page will make it available to all other communities for this Customer. Removing an amenity on this page will remove it from only the current community’s selected amenities.

Fields

• community amenities
  These amenities are available throughout or nearby your community. Feature shared spaces, access to luxury services, or convenient lifestyle offerings.
  
  Remove amenities not associated with the current community.
  ex: 💦 + Olympic-sized swimming pool
  
  
  

• apartment amenities
  Add in-apartment amenities available across your floorplans and apartment upgrades. Highlight modernized finishes, in-unit conveniences, and stand-out features. <
  
  Remove amenities not associated with the current community.
  

Tip

Create an amenity by clicking add amenity and + add new on the correct column. Input the new amenity name, then choose from the Quext icon collection to pair with a representative amenities icon.
