Creating a Website - Contact Information

Manage your community email address, phone numbers, and hours of operation.

Fields

  • community email address
    Add the primary community email address for general inquiries. All submissions to the site contact forms will be sent to this email address.

    This field is pre-populated with the information declared in the community setup. (administrative setup > communities > select community > define community email address)
    ex: hello@productionsite.com


  • community phone number
    Add the main 10-digit contact phone number for your community. This will be displayed on the website.

  • hours of operation
    Customize your community’s operating hours easily using the free-form “days” field. Set standard hours by defining either a day of the week or a day range, then the designated open / close times for that range. Add upcoming holiday hours as a new line to display on the website footer. Add or remove day “rows” by using the x and + signs on the far right.
    ex: Monday - Thursday, _Thanksgiving
